There are these FUCKING PEOPLE ripping on THUNDERPAW cuz of the animations!! WHAT THE FUCK they are like its too hard too many panels to follow or some bullshit what the fuck do they have some kind of child-brain they cant focus on one panel at a time fuck them keep doing WHAT YOU WANT!!!

I doubt they are “ripping on” Thunderpaw. Not everyone likes motion comics, and mine can definitely be disruptive and/or make some people’s eyes hurt.
Yeah, I would love it if readers took their time to gander at a panel individually. But not everyone likes/wants to do that! People have different brains or something. It’s okay, man! I think it is a very valid complaint. It is unfortunate because then this can really screw up the flow for them.
I never implied that I’d stop doing what I want. I love doing the animation and trying to manage it for the comic. I am bummed some people won’t get to see them, but I am more bummed that people won’t get to read my story. So I will be putting out a non-motion version of Thunderpaw.

Another (unfortunately) fake game. Check out Thunderpaw though, it’s very cool, moody and animated and has a strong video game feel.
Jen, I’ll give Kim a high res copy of the label to email you today. Just don’t put the game in a Famicom or you’ll be unpleasantly surprised by what the game really is!

Everyone please gander at what two wonderful people Kim + Jeremy put together for me. The label was made by Jeremy, be sure to check out his other fake games/pixel art please! I made noises and about dropped to my kitchen floor when I opened this surprise package up. I thought it was going to be a mixed tape or something- which is already pretty exciting.
True story, a lot of years ago I originally wanted to tell this story in game form. RPG Maker had a way to create a sidescrolling action rpg, so I was all up in that. It didn’t work out though because it wasn’t that fun to work with and it didn’t seem to let me have as many combos as I wanted.
